Description

I hadn't planned on sharing this on here as it was just a snap I took for my facebook page with my mobile phone.
Well I like it so I thought well maybe those 1-2 deviants who still follow me from the bike days will to.
Back on two wheels again after 3 years away and loving every last second of it!
The title is another way of describing how the bike is silhouetted against the super flat horizon.

*UPDATE*
This is entered in a motorcycle summer photograph contest. If you are a facebook member, you can click the link below and like the image to boost my chances of maybe getting a prize.
Many thanks :D

Firstly, beautiful shot! I'm a sucker for sunsets and transportation photos, planes cars and bikes always look fantastic with such a beautiful backdrop so well done for that. I have a few suggestions for edits that might change the appearance of this slightly but in a positive way - if you have Photoshop/Camera RAW or something similar consider taking the highlights down, the whites down and then upping the blacks, shadows and clarity. Whilst it will produce an almost HDR effect (which isn't a bad thing!), it will also help enhance the scene. Equally you could go the complete opposite and make a nice sillouhette from the image too by taking down the shadows and lighting. Love it regardless though!
