The framing is a bit too tight, perhaps, but I think you've captured it well, regardless. :)

The colours contrast effectively and the depth of field is fantastic. I like the clarity and how focused the bird appears to be there, both technical wise and the bird itself... if you get what I mean?

this is exactly how it came out of my camera. If i were to change it I would like to have the plumage fully in the top left corner rather than chopped off and the beak terminating in the bottom right to better use that space.
A bit of catch light in that rather interesting eye would have been nice but You can't have everything, every time when shooting animals I guess
